The “Fight for Kindness” exhibition, held at the House of Lucie gallery in Budapest, wrapped up successfully on November 13th, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of visitors who came together to celebrate World Kindness Day and the power of design to inspire compassion. Organized by TypeCampus and Italy’s Zetafonts, this second annual event encouraged a fresh approach to empathy and altruism through typography, with this year’s theme, “Unexpectedness,” challenging designers to creatively interpret kindness in surprising ways.

TypeCampus, an Italian design school with over two decades of experience, collaborates with Florentine typographic publisher Zetafonts in the Fight for Kindness project. This initiative spans from Los Angeles to Sofia and Budapest, encouraging designers worldwide to use typography for creating vibrant posters that highlight messages of peace, trust, and acceptance. At the House of Lucie gallery in Budapest, visitors had the opportunity to appreciate a curated selection of this year’s submitted posters, commemorating the World Day of Kindness on November 13th.

The IPA 2021 Winners and Best of Show exhibition ended last Friday at the House of Lucie Budapest gallery, one of the few Budapest galleries where international winners are showcased, after 8 weeks on the show.
