Hossein Rowshanbakht

Hassan and Hossein Rowshanbakht are twin artists born in 1991 in Kashan, Iran. Both hold degrees in computer engineering and master's degrees in photography from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran, and they have built a shared artistic practice that blends photography, design and curation.

Their joint project Visible Invisible, the result of more than a decade of work, began as an exploration of overlooked corners of our surroundings and grew into a collection of form-centred compositions that reveal the unseen. Their work has been exhibited in Iran, Myanmar, Italy, Greece, Hungary and France.

Beyond photography, the brothers work as art directors, curators and designers, with creative director roles at Steve House, House of Lucie Kashan, Sooleh Art Space and Hashtcheshmeh Art Space. Visible Invisible has been shown at House of Lucie Ostuni, Athens and Budapest, and opened at House of Lucie Pont-Scorff in October 2026.
